摘要
教师专业能力发展的实践-反思模式(practical-reflective model)是促进教师专业化的重要途径,反思能力是维持这一过程的核心因素。采用实验的方法,以教师发展共同体(TDC)为实验因子,研究了新疆15所中学的42位英语教师教学反思能力的发展规律和影响因素。研究发现:(1)基于网络环境的、互动的教师发展共同体(TDC)对被试教学反思能力的发展有显著的促进作用;(2)教师发展共同体中的知识模块和活动类型与被试教学反思能力的发展有一定的关系,不同知识模块和活动类型与被试教学反思能力的发展有不同程度的关系。
The practical - reflective model in teachers' professional development is an critical approach to promote the teachers' professional competence and reflective ability is the core factor in sustaining this model. The essay adopts experienment, taking teacher development community (TDC)as the intervention factor and exporing into the developmental rules and influencial factors of the teachers' reflective ability. It' s found out: 1 ) TDC which is Intemet- based and dynamic has significant influence on the teachers' reflective ability development; 2) the theories and activity pattern in TDC are bearing correlations with teachers' reflective ability.
