摘要
针对化学合成制药废水成分复杂、浓度高、含盐量高的特点,采用化工行业的蒸馏蒸发工艺对废水中的有机溶剂进行共沸蒸馏,对废水中的盐分进行减压蒸发浓缩、结晶、分离,从而降低废水COD cr的值和含盐量,以利于后续生化处理;该技术可经济有效地处理高浓度高盐分的有机废水,并实现资源回收利用。
In accordance with the characteristics of complicated component, high organic contents and high salinity of the waste water from chemosynthetic pharmacy, adopt technology of distillation and evaporation to reduce organic solvents by azeotropic distillation, to concentrate, crystallizing and separate salinity by evaporation, in order to reduce CODcr and salinity and be good to subsequent biochemical treatment. The technique can both effectively and economically treat the organic waste water with high organic contents and high salinity and recycling resources.
