摘要
焚烧是处理危险废液的有效技术。介绍了危险废液的来源和焚烧处理技术的特点,重点讨论了各种废液特征对焚烧炉设计和运行的影响,对液体喷射炉、流化床和回转窑三种典型技术处理危险废液的优缺点进了对比分析,并回顾了这三种技术在国内外的应用情况。分析指出,需要进一步研究氯代烃等难燃危险废液的高温分解特性,开发以煤为辅助燃料的危险废液焚烧系统,提高焚烧炉优化运行的水平。
Incineration is an effective technology for liquid hazardous wastes disposal. The sources of hazardous wastes are introduced as well as the basic concept of incineration technology. Influence of liquid hazardous waste characters on incinerator design and operation is discussed, followed by the comparison of liquid injection incinerator, fluidized bed incinerator and rotary kiln incinerator, which are widely used for liquid hazardous waste disposal. The application of these technologies is also reviewed. Study on thermal decomposition characteristics of liquid wastes such as chlorinated hydrocarbons at high temperature seems important due to their low incinerability. New liquid hazardous waste incineration systems using coal as auxiliary fuel will be promising in China. And much research work is still needed on optimization of liquid hazardous waste incineration practice.
