摘要
针对目前国内采用沉降法分离微粒的设备存在自动化程度低影响分离质量的问题,本文设计了基于PLC的微粒分选自动控制系统,系统包括以PLC为核心的电气控制部分和软件部分,实现了微粒分选中加水、搅拌、沉降、吸液过程的自动化,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了微粒的分选质量。
The particle separating machines based on Sedimentation method have some disadvantages, for example, its automatic control level is too low. In his paper the automatic control system for particle separation has been designed based on PLC, including electrical parts and software parts. The system can perform automatically in watering, mixing, sedimentation, absorbing, reducing labor intensityand improving the particle separating quality.
