摘要
针对传统离心分离理论中的极限分离粒径计算公式在超细颗粒分离实验中偏差较大的问题,结合分形和聚团动力学的理论,建立超细颗粒离心分离模型,推导了计算极限分离粒径的表达式。阐述了极限分离粒径与分形维数、分离因子、颗粒级数等的关系,表明超细颗粒可分离的机理是颗粒团聚。
For the deviation of the traditional utmost separation particle equation in superfine particles separation experiment,the centrifugal separation model of superfine particles is set up and the utmost separation particle diameter equation is derived by introducing the fractal and aggregate dynamic theory.The relations between the utmost separation diameter and the fractal dimension,and centrifugal separation factor,and the class of aggregate are presented.It is concluded that the superfine particle separation mechanism is aggregation.
