摘要
为解决羊胚胎移植中术后粘连问题,本实验应用45只山羊进行了在羊手术过程中由应用石蜡油和生理盐水加抗菌素(实验组)取代应用石蜡油做润滑剂(对照组)的试验。结果表明:实验组术后粘连率为18.18%,对照组术后粘连率为47.82%,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。
In order to solve the problem of postoperative adhere after transplant of goats embryo,There were 45 goats in the experiment,During the operation by the application of paraffin oil and physiological salt water added with bacteriophage （experimental group ） to do to replace the application of paraffin oil lubricant （control group）. The results indicated that ：the rate of adhere was 18.18% in the experiment group,While the rate of adhere was 47.84% in control group, There was a significant difference between tile two methods（ P〈0.05 ）.
