摘要
目的研究降低消毒剂浓度后中和剂鉴定试验结果能否证明中和剂有效。方法采用悬液定量试验程序鉴定中和剂效果的方法,对降低消毒剂浓度进行中和剂鉴定试验评价其中和效果。结果按照2002年版《消毒技术规范》规定的6组设计试验,对第3、4、5组菌数符合要求而第1、2组无菌生长的高浓度消毒剂,降低浓度后进行重复试验,第1、2组有菌生长,且符合菌数规定要求。结论依据企业申报的消毒剂浓度进行中和剂试验时第1、2组无菌生长,通过降低浓度进行试验可获得判定该中和剂有效的理想试验结果。
Objective To study whether the neutralizer appraisal test result can prove the effectiveness of the neutralizer when the concentration of the disinfectant is reduced. Method Suspension quantitative test for appraising the efficacy of neutralizer was used to assess the neutralizing efficacy of neutralizer appraisal test with reduced disinfectant concentration. Results According to six - group design test specified in the ＂Technical Standard for Disinfection＂ 2002 ed. , when high concentration of disinfectant was used in neutralizer appraisal test, groups 3,4 and 5 fulfilled the requirement, while groups 1 and 2 had no bacterial growth. Retest with decrease in concentration of disinfectant showed that there was bacterial growth in groups 1 and 2 and the bacterial count fulfilled the specified requirement. Conclusion When there is no bacterial growth in groups 1 and 2 in neutralizer appraisal test using the disinfectant concentration reported by the enterprise, retest with decreased disinfectant concentration can obtain the ideal test result for judging the effectiveness of the neutralizer.
