摘要
运用文献资料法、比较分析法、专家访谈法,以系统论和自组织理论为依据,探讨奥林匹克运动文化系统发展的自组织特性,分析其演进发展的动力机制和演进形式。研究发现,奥林匹克运动文化系统具备自组织演进的条件,其发展过程是一个自组织过程;奥林匹克运动文化子系统(奥林匹克运动参与国体育文化)之间的竞争与协同是其自组织发展的动力,并在此过程中产生支配各子系统的序参量。最后,提出促进奥林匹克运动文化自组织发展的建议。
Through using the method of literature review, comparative analysis and expert interview, based on System Theory and Self-organization Theory, this paper explored the self-organizing characteristics of Olympic Culture and the motive force mechanism. The result indicates that, firstly, the possess of Olympic Culture has the self-organizing conditions, and its evolutional development is a progress of self-organizing; secondly, the competition and collaboration of IOC members （the systematic elements of Olympic Culture） are the motives for the development of self-organization, and they together bring forth the order parameter which can servitude and disclaimer the subsystems of Olympic Culture. Finally, this paper puts forwards some suggestions for the evolution of Olympic Culture.
