摘要
目的探讨益脾止泻汤治疗脾虚泄泻的作用机制。方法采用大黄煎剂灌胃制作脾虚泄泻大鼠模型,观察益脾止泻汤对脾虚泄泻大鼠血清D-木糖含量及血浆胃动素的影响。结果益脾止泻汤可提高脾虚泄泻大鼠D-木糖含量,调节脾虚泄泻大鼠胃动素水平。结论益脾止泻汤可通过提高D-木糖含量从而调节胃肠吸收功能;可通过调节胃动素水平而使紊乱的胃肠功能得以恢复。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Yipizhixie Decoction. Methods： The spleen asthenic diarrhea models of rats were established by rhubarb decoction intragastric administration. The content of D- xylose in serum and motilin in plasma of rats with spleen asthenic diarrhea were recorded after Yipizhixie Decoction treated. Results： Yipizhixie Decoction could increase the content of D - xylose in serum and regulate the level of motilin in plasma. Conclusion： It indicate that Yipizhixie Decoction could regulate the function of stomach by increasing the content of D -xylose in serum and retrieve the function of indiscriminate stomach and intestine by regulating the level of motilin in plasma.
