结直肠癌患者免疫功能状态与淋巴结细胞角蛋白20表达的关系 被引量:3

摘要 贵州省科技厅科学技术基金资助项目[黔科合J字2005(2056)号]我们对21例结直肠癌患者采用流式细胞仪检测血清CD4、CD8、NK水平,酶联免疫吸附试验法检测白细胞介素(IL)-2、sIL-2R、IL-12水平及逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测淋巴结细胞角蛋白20(CK20)mRNA表达(即微转移),探讨结直肠癌患者上述免疫指标水平与淋巴结微转移的关系。
