摘要
[目的]为了研究安格斯肉牛对当地黄牛的改良效果,[方法]选择6月龄安×黄F1代杂种牛和当地黄牛各10头,在同等饲喂条件下测定6月龄、12月龄、18月龄体重、体长、体高、胸围、管围等指标,并进行比较分析。[结果]结果发现:安×黄F1代牛各项指标均显著或极显著地高于当地黄牛(P<0.01)。[结论]表明利用安格斯牛冻精杂交改良当地黄牛是切实可行的。
To analyze the improvement effect of Angus on local yellow cattle, 10 heads of Angus× Local yellow crossbred F1 and 10 local yellow cattle were used to compare the their growth performance. Body weight, body length, withers height, chest girth, cannon circumference, etc. were measured at the age of six months, twelve months and eighteen months, respectively under the same feeding conditions. The results showed that every parameter of Ft of Angus × Local yellow crossbred F1 were significantly higher than those of local yellow cattle （ P d0.01）, which indicates that it was feasible to improve the quality of local yellow cattle by using the frozen semen of Angus cattle.
