摘要
阐述了目前公路工程设备管理方面存在的问题,并针对问题提供相关的解决方法,提出加强档案管理、加强操作人员的技术培训、建立激励机制和完善规章制度是道路工程设备管理的有效措施。
This paper describes the current problems of highway engineering equipment management, and to provide relevant solutions to enhance the file management, to strengthen technical training of personnel, to establishment rules and regulations and improve the incentive mechanism is the effective measures of road works equipment management.
