摘要
对公路养护管理的概念、重要性、特点、管理思路等方面进行了介绍,阐述了管理机构及其职责,并从加强早期养护、走机械化养护、加强员工培训、完善规章制度等方面对如何做好高速公路的养护工作进行了论述,指出了应做好的几点工作,以保证公路工程的质量,实现公路的使用功能。
This paper introduces the conception, importance, characteristics and management ideas of highway maintenance and management, illustrates the administrative organization and its duties, discusses the methods to do well maintenance of expressway from strengthen early maintenance, taking mechanized maintenance, intensifying staff training, and perfecting rules and regulations, and points out several factors should be well done by the staff to ensure the quality of highway engineering and achieve the function of highway.
