摘要
当前食品安全问题日趋成为人们普遍关注的焦点。研究通过对我国食品安全管制模式的解读和反思,提出食品安全监管领域引入多元参与机制的理论构想,认为民主化管制是当前我国食品安全管制模式转型的重要方向,并给出了民主化管制模式的实现途径。
At present, food safety issues are increasingly becoming the focus of the society. By explanations and reflections on current food safety regulation model, this paper puts forward the theory that pluralism participation should be introduced in the field of food safety regulation. In this theory democratic regulation is the major direction of transformation of China＇s food safety control model. And it gives ways and prospects of democratic regulation model.
