摘要
为进一步探讨“邦然姆散”止泻机理，采用离体器官测定仪，观察了该药对离体兔肠平滑肌活动的影响，结果：“邦然姆散”能使肠肌张力明显下降（P＜0．01），大剂量组能使肠肌振幅明显降低（P＜0．01），对乙酰胆碱有一定的拮抗作用。
To be further stydy the indiarrheal mechanisma of Bangrangmu powder,we observed the effect of theisolated rabbit intestinal muscle which the drug acted with the isolated organ exandner' the results showed that Bangrangmu powder could obviously decrease muscular tension(P <0. 01 ). The big does obviously decreased the rnaximuncontracting amplitude of intestinal muscle(P<0. 01 ) and had antagonism to acetylcholine.
