摘要
文章从唯物史观的角度分析了现代企业家精神的理论内涵,说明儒家思想对塑造现代企业家精神具有重要的影响。以儒家思想为核心的现代企业家精神本质上是一种企业文化,具有文化管理功能,对于规范我国市场经济秩序,构建和谐经济具有重要的现实意义。
Modern enterprisers＇ spirit has been analyzed from the perspective of materialism history,which implies the influence of Confucian philosophy on enterpriser＇s spirit. Modern enterpriser＇s spirit, with Confucian philosophy as the core, is a enterprise culture in nature, which has cultural management function. It is of great realistic significance to develop harmonious economy regulating China＇s market order.
