摘要
当前,师范类院校的会学专业面临着如何夯实基础、打造特色、进而培养合格人才的巨大挑战。文章认为应该首先寻求一条适宜的人才培养模式,而该模式应体现以下思路:遵循"教育创新"理念;坚持一个"中心";狠抓三个"结合",培养三种"能力"。
As a non-normal accounting major in a normal university, how to lay the firm base in the poor environmental condition, to build up our own character, and to nourish useful talented person in a society is worthy of our deeper consideration, the talented foster mode strategy we are in search for is an appropriate, following the ideal of ＂innovative education＂, persisting ＂One center＂, grasping firmly ＂Three combinations＂, improving ＂Three abilities＂.
