摘要
目的调查医学新生的人格特征,分析医学生人格培养的方向。方法使用中国大学生人格量表(CCSPS)对泸州医学院2006级新生2182人和2007级新生2348人,共4530人进行调查。结果医学新生在活跃、爽直、坚韧、严谨、利他、重情、随和全部7个维度上的T分主要集中在中段;活跃、坚韧、利他、随和4个因素的T分均值低于常模(P<0.001);2007级活跃、坚韧、重情得分高于2006级(P<0.001);大城市学生活跃、随和分高,农村学生严谨、重情分高(P<0.001);活跃、坚韧、随和3个维度两两之间相关系数>0.4(P<0.001)。结论医学新生的总体人格特征趋于大众化且存在发展的态势。对其进行人格培养时,应重点培养全体学生积极的人格品质并有针对性地进行个别辅导。
Objective To survey personality characteristics of first-year medical students and explore direction of personality education.Methods 4530 medical freshmen were asked to fill out the questionnaire of China College Student Personality Scale(CCSPS).Results Medical students concentrate in the middle level in all the seven dimensions of the T-mainly including activeness,directness,tenaciousness,rigorousness,altruian,sensation and amiability.The mean of four factors including activeness,tenaciousness,altruism and amiability were less than the T-norm(P〈0.001);207 class students scored higher than 2006 class students in activeness,tenaciousness and sensation(P〈0.001);Students from urban areas score higher in activeness and arniability and students from rurual areas scored higher in rigorousness and sensation(P〈0.001);The correlation coefficient among the three dimensions of activeness,rigorousness and amiability was 〉0.4(P〈0.001).Conclusion Medical students tend to have ordinaty personalities and be in the course of development.Their personality education should focus on development of positive character quality and appropriate individual counseling.
