摘要
利用拟南芥中的CBL基因序列在GenBank中搜索比对大白菜的基因组序列和EST序列,鉴定出13个大白菜的CBL基因,分别命名为BrCBL1至BrCBL13,并对这些基因预测编码的蛋白序列进行特征分析和遗传进化比较分析,为进一步研究它们在大白菜逆境响应过程中的功能和利用它们进行大白菜抗逆分子育种奠定了基础。
Using Arabidopsis CBL genes as query to blast against Brassica rapa genome in C, enBank, thirteen putative CBL genes were identified and named BrCBL1 to BrCBL13 respectively. The character of Brassica rapa CBL sequences and their predicted coding proteins, aslo their phylogenetie relasionship with Arabidopsis CBL genes were analyzed. This study laid a foundation for functional dissection of Brassica rapa CBL family genes and using them to improve abiotic stress tolerance of Chinese cabbage by molecular breeding.
