^(60)Co-γ射线对植酸酶杀菌效果和酶活性的影响

摘要 采用60Co-γ射线辐照处理固体和液体两种植酸酶,研究了不同剂量的杀菌效果和对酶活性的影响情况。结果表明:植酸酶经4.5 kGy剂量辐照后细菌数和霉菌数含量分别降至1.0x103和2.0x102 cfu/g以下,液体植酸酶酶活损失在5%以下,固体植酸酶酶活损失在8%以下。 The effects of ^60Co-γ radiation on activity and germicidal efficacy of phytase were studied by using ^60Co-γ radiation irradiate solid and liquid phytase respectively. The results showed that after phytase irradiated by 4.5 kGy ^60Co-γ radiations, the quantity of bacterium and mould in phytase decreased under 1.0 ×10^3, 2.0 ×10^2 cfu/g, respectively. The inactivation rate of enzyme activity in liquid and solid phytase was less than 5% and 8%, respectively.
