摘要
①目的探讨脑梗塞病人红细胞变形能力(ED)变化的机制。②方法检测了32例脑梗塞病人和35例健康查体者ED,同时测定了红细胞内钙、镁浓度及红细胞膜Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase和Mg2+-ATPase活性。③结果脑梗塞病人红细胞滤过指数(FI)和红细胞内Ca2+浓度明显高于对照组(t=8.07,16.08,P<0.01),红细胞膜Na+,K+-ATPase和Ca2+-ATPase活性明显低于对照组(t=4.04,11.92,P<0.01),红细胞内Mg2+浓度及红细胞膜Mg2+-ATPase活性与对照组相比无显著差异(t=0.38,1.83,P>0.05)。
Objective To discuss the mechanism of erythrocyte deformability (ED) changing in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The ED was observed in 32 cerebral infarction patients and 35 healthy people. Meanwhile, the erythrocyte concentration of Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ and erythrocyte membrane concentration of Na +,K + ATPase,Ca 2+ ATPase and Mg 2+ ATPase were measured. Results The erythrocyte filtration index (FI) and the erythrocyte concentration of Ca 2+ in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than that in the controls( t=8.07,16.08,P <0.01). The membrane concentration of Na +,K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase in the patients were significantly lower than in the controls( t=4.04,11.92,P <0.01).The erythrocyte concentration of Mg 2+ and membrane concentration of Mg 2+ ATPase had no difference compared with the controls( t=0.38,1.83,P >0.05). Conclusion The higher erythrocyte Ca 2+ concentration and lower Ca 2+ ATPase activity may be one of the important factors leading to the decrease of ED in patients with cerebral infarction.
