Pulmonary histopathological study of experimental beryllium lung

摘要 采用氧化铍一次性气管内注入染毒的方法制备豚鼠铍病模型。肺组织病理观察显示,染毒早期病变为呼吸系统化学性炎症,表现为支气管炎、肺炎及肺水肿。后期以淋巴细胞、上皮样细胞和多核巨细胞肉芽肿病变明显。电镜观察见铍病豚鼠肺泡间隔增宽,偶见胶原增生,肺泡Ⅱ型细胞增生,其细胞内板层体亦增多。 Suspension of BeO in sterile NS(10g/L) 1ml was injected endotracheally in guinea pigsThe pulmonary histopathological observation was taken week by weekThe light microscope showed that a chemical bronchitis and pneumonia were developed in early stage,and granulomatous disease composed by lymphocyles,epithelioid cells and multinucleated giant cells was formed in late stage after BeO endolracheal injectionThe electronic microscope showed the thickening of interalveolar septa with multiple collagens;hyperplasia of type Ⅱ cells and increase of lamella bodies were also shown
