摘要 在水溶液体系中,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)阴离子表面活性剂为模板剂,水热合成了由纳米薄片自组装成的三维花状薄水铝石微观结构.采用XRD、SEM和IR等手段对其物相结构、形貌和成分进行了分析,研究表明:该花状微观结构是由平均厚度150 nm的纳米薄片自组装而成,结构均一,结晶度高,其平均直径约为12μm.在其形成过程中,模板剂SDBS起到关键性的作用,并推测了纳米薄片自组装花状微观结构的形成机理. The 3D flowerlike boehmite microstructures were synthesized by using the anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS), as structure--directing template with Al(NO3)3 · 9H2O as precursor via a hydrothermal method. The crystal structures and the morphologies of boehmite were characterized by XRD, SEM and IR. It is shown that the product has an average diameter of 12μm, which consists of nanosheets with the thickness of 150 nm. The surfactant SDBS was found to play a key role in achieving the good dispersibility and uniform morphology of the product, compared with the same material but synthesized without the surfactant.
