摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,建立影响我国女子马拉松项目发展的因素模型,并进行了检验与分析。结果表明:对提出的假设模型进行结构方程模型检验,各拟合指标是(2/df=2.106,CFI=0.976,TLI=0.978,RMSEA=0.058,整体的拟合优度指标比较令人满意。影响该项目发展的因素是多方面的,训练、人力资源和经济类因素是主要影响因素。
According to theory , practical interview and inqury, this paper puts forwards and tests theoretical model of marathon＇s development , then analyzes it. The result shows that with the testing on proposed model with structure equation model, each fitness indicators is that the 2 per degree of freedom is 2. 106,CFI=0. 978,TLI=0. 971 ,RMSEA =0. 058. The whole fit index is correspond and the model is fit the observation data. The training , human resource and economy are the main factor to develop.
