摘要
目的观察五加生化胶囊对阴道分娩之产妇子宫复旧的促进作用。方法200例阴道分娩产妇随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组产后即开始口服五加生化胶囊,每天2次,1次6粒,服用4 d为1个疗程;对照组产后给予缩宫素10 U肌肉注射,1 d 1次,连用3 d,并于治疗后分别进行产后子宫复旧评估,评价临床疗效,进行治疗前后比较。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组服用五加生化胶囊后,临床子宫复旧顺利,对宫底下降速度、恶露量及持续时间以及产后宫缩痛均有明显疗效,晚期产后出血率明显降低,而对照组仅宫底下降速度有所改善。结论五加生化胶囊对产妇产后子宫复旧有明显的促进作用,并在一定程度上可以预防晚期产后出血。
Objective To observe the promotive effect of Wujia biochemical capsule in the involution of uterus of parturient woman. Methods Two hundreds parturient women were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was post-natally adminasted orally with Wujia biochemical capsule, twice a day, once six grains, four daysare a treatment course. The control group was post-natally adminasted with oxytocin , 10u intramuscular,once a day for 3 days. After treatment involution of uterus, clinical efficacy was observed and compared in the two groups. Results The effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that of in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. After being adminasted with Wujia biochemical capsule, clinical involution of uterus was prosperity. The involution of uterus,lochia volume and duration,after-pain post treatment were predominantly better than those pre-treatment in treatment group,the laterperiod post - natal hemorrhage formation rate obviously reduced. Conclusion Wujia biochemical capsules have obvious promoter effect to the parturient woman of involution of uterus and may prevent later period post-natal hemorrhage in certain degree.
