摘要
为探讨和研究影响村庄土地利用变化的驱动因子,以黔西县为例,采用综合分析法、文献资料法,对影响黔西县各村庄土地利用变化的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,农村劳动力转移、城镇化水平提高、社会经济增长、家庭结构变化等是影响村庄土地利用变化的重要因素。结合地区实际情况,提出了村庄土地合理利用的对策建议。
The factors of affecting land-use change of different villages were analyzed by using the comprehensive analysis method and document method in Qianxi county. The results showed that the main factors of affecting land-use change were rural labor force transfer, improvement of urbanization level, social economic growth and family structural change. Combined with the actual situation in the region, the rational use of land in the village of countermeasures and proposals.
