摘要
实现城乡一体化协调发展已经成为社会各界关注的热点之一。要实现贵州城乡一体化协调发展的战略目标,必须认清发展所面临的新形势,贯彻落实科学发展观和全面建设小康社会的任务要求。要采取新的对策措施,统筹贵州城乡发展的目标,加快城镇化、农村工业化和市场化发展,加快农村富余劳动力转移,在条件成熟的地区加快"农民市民化"的进程,最大限度争取到国家的政策支持,进一步完善社会保障体系和保障弱势群体的利益。
At present, it has become a hot issue to accomplish harmonious and integrated urban and rural development. In order to fulfill the strategic objective, it is imperative to have a clear understanding of the new situation and implement the requirement of the scientific outlook on development and building a well - off society in an all - around way. We need to take new policy measures, integrate objectives of urban and rural development in Guizhou, speed up urbanization, rural industrialization and marketization, quicken transfer of rural surplus labor, and where conditions ripen, accelerate the process of ＂converting farmers into urban residents＂. We need also strive for policy support from the central government to the greatest possible degree, further improve the social security system and safeguard the interests of disadvantaged groups.
