摘要
临床学科建设是一项基础性、长期性的系统工程。如何适应新军事变革,以院校调整改革为契机,加快临床学科建设,提高平战时卫勤保障能力,是当前亟需解决的现实问题。文章通过实地调研,对存在的问题提出对策以供参考。
Clinical discipline construction is a basic, long-term and systematic project. It is important to solve the problems on how to adapt to new military reform, how to use the college reform opportunity to speed the construction of clinical discipline and improve the ability in both normal time and wartime. The paper proposed countermeasures to the problems in an affiliated hospital of a military medical university through field investigation.
