摘要
针对目前国内开展的三大类型合作数字参考咨询项目运行现状,提出合作虚拟参考咨询服务的3种实现模式,并逐一剖析,进一步提出建立健全服务管理机制、软件技术整合与优化、咨询专家社会化、隐私权与知识产权保护机制、整合营销、科学评估机制、合作与交流等,以期促进我国合作式数字参考服务稳定、可持续的发展。
According to the situation of domestic cooperative digital reference service, this article analyzed the three reality patterns, and further put forward to establish and perfect service management mechanism, reorganization and optimization of soft- ware technology, socialization of consultation experts, the protection mechanism of privacy and intellectual property, integrated marketing, scientific evaluation mechanism, cooperation and exchange, so as to promote the stable and sustainable devdopment of cooperafive digital reference service.
