摘要
伟大的无产阶级革命教育家徐特立同志长期从事教育工作,积累了丰富的教育教学经验。他对教师工作和师道理论有深刻的认识和研究,主张应提高教师的社会地位,以使其完成肩负的历史使命;坚持能者为师的择师标准,认为教师应具备品德高尚、勤奋学习、以身作则、懂教育科学的良好素质;坚持建立民主平等、相互学习、互相批评的新型师生关系;重视师资培训,倡导教师既做经师又为人师。这些思想极大地丰富了我国师道理论宝库,至今仍极具借鉴意义。
Xu Tell as a great revolutionary educationalist is long committed to education, and accumulates rich experiences. He argues for a raise of the social status of teachers so as to fulfill their historical obligations, a criterion of best teacher selection so as to enable those selected to behave and self-discipline, work diligently, understand education, a new teacher-student relationship, and teacher training.
