摘要
徐特立一生从事教育工作70多年，不仅学校教育经验丰富，而且在社会教育方面也进行了积极的探索。他的社会教育思想以提高广大民众的基本素质为目标、以“三育并举”为原则、多采取学校式社会教育的形式，具有实践目的明确、内容广泛实用、途径多种多样等特点，在当今社会仍具借鉴意义。
XU Te-li has been education cause for more than 70 years. He not only has rich experience in school education, but he also has made an active exploration of social education. His social education thought aims at improving the basic quality of the general public, operates on the principle of ＂three aspects of education ＂ with the form of social education in school, which has the features of a clear practical purpose, widely used content and various approaches etc. and is still of great reference significance today.
