摘要
利用铅—碘络合物在离子交换树脂相进行分光光度测定．200ml试液中，5～100μg铅服从Beer定律，铋的干扰用DTPA—Cu消除．应用于水样中铅的测定，方法简便快速．
The lead-iodide complex compound may be adsorbed in anion-exchange resin,and its absorbence is measured spectrophotometrically at both 390nm and 530nm to get the △A.The Beer's law is obeyed in 5-100μg Ph per 200ml sample solution. The interference of bismuth may be eliminated by the addition of DTPA-Cu complex. The method is simple and rapid for the determination of lead in waste:water and nature water samples.
