摘要
[目的]观察运用黄芪真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型IgA肾病35例的临床疗效。[方法]将60例确诊为IgA肾病且辨证为脾肾阳虚型患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例,给予黄芪真武汤治疗;对照组25例,口服雷公藤多甙片、洛丁新。[结果]治疗组总有效率88.0%,对照组总有效率为56.0%,并且治疗组能够明显改善临床症状,有效降低蛋白尿,减轻血尿,降低血清肌酐、尿素氮、升高血清白蛋白,提高患者体质,防止疾病向重症发展。[结论]黄芪真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型IgA肾病疗效显著。
[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Zhenwu Decoction on IgA nephropathy of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. [Method]Randomly divide 60 cases into 2 groups, the treatment group 35 cases take Huangqi Zhenwu Decoction; the control one 25 cases, Tripterygium wilfordii tablets and Luodinxin. [Result]The total effective rate was 88.0% for treatment group, 56.0% for control one; moreover the treatment group could markedly relieve clinical symptoms, effectively reduce albuminuria, hematuria, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen, raise serum albumin and constitution, and prevent disease from being worse. [Conclusion]Huangqi Zhenwu Decoction has obvious cure effect on IgA nephropathy of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.
