摘要
讨论了熔体过滤法钢液脱铜的基本原理。用氧化物组成的脱铜剂进行了钢液脱铜的可行性试验。结果表明:通过还原反应向含铜钢液中加入活性合金元素,提高了氧化物对钢液中铜元素的选择性吸附作用,每克脱铜剂可脱铜约0.23g。
The principle of the decopperization in molten steel through filtration has been discussed . A feasibility experiment about decopperization in molten steel with the decopperizing agents composed of various oxides was conducted . About 0.23 g of copper was removed from the molten steel with 1 g of the agent. Adding an active alloying element into the copperbearing steel melt through reduction improved the selective adhesion of the oxides in the agent to the copper in the molten steel.
