摘要
高强度低密度陶粒支撑剂的研制,不仅能够满足深井压裂的要求,而且有助于提高产层的导流能力。通过在基本配方中添加少量锰矿,制备了高强度低密度压裂支撑剂。结果表明:在同一煅烧温度下,锰矿掺量的增加,可有效降低支撑剂的显气孔率,从而减少了试样表面产生的裂纹源,有效提高抗破碎能力;当锰矿掺量为5wt%,煅烧温度超过1250℃时,锰离子加快了体积扩散,促进晶粒生长,形成大量闭气孔,视密度开始呈现下降趋势;锰矿的掺入使微观形貌发生变化,产生大量的棒状莫来石,起到增强增韧的作用。
High-strength light-weight proppant is able to be applied in deep wells, and is beneficial to the improvement of flow conductivity. The proppant is prepared by adding manganese mineral to bauxite. The results show that samples doped with manganese mineral have lower apparent porosity, less crack in exterior and higher crush resistance than the undoped samples sintered at the same temperature. When the manganese mineral content is 5wt%, manganese ions increase the speed of volume diffusion and accelerate the grain growth, which results in many sealed pores and the apparent density begins to decline when the sintering temperature rises above 1250℃. The column mullite grains are formed homogeneously in the samples doped with manganese mineral, which plays a remarkable role in the increment of fracture toughness.
