摘要
针对蓄电池荷电状态(SOC)的判定问题,采用交流注入法测量蓄电池的内部阻抗,以安时计量法记录的SOC值作为参考,通过分析蓄电池在不同SOC时的内部阻抗谱发现:当蓄电池的内部阻抗从容性变到感性时,对应的激励信号频率与其SOC之间存在单调函数关系。以一只12V/10Ah的阀控铅酸蓄电池为实验对象,在不同条件下对其进行循环充、放电实验,结果表明:依据这一函数关系,可以实现对蓄电池SOC的快速估测;对比现有基于阻抗谱技术的蓄电池SOC估测方法,其主要特点是:①可以避免常规阻抗谱测量所要求的扫频分析。②不需要精确测量蓄电池的内部阻抗。
In this paper, alternating current injection method is used to measure the internal impedance of battery, and the state-of-charge (SOC) measurement result by means of ampere-hour integration is used as reference. The study on the internal impedance spectra of one 12V/10Ah valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery at different SOCs reveales that: the resonance frequency, at which the battery internal impedance switches from a capacitive character to an inductive one, varies monotonously as a function of the SOC. Test results show that: the real-time and rapid estimating of SOC for VRLA battery is possible by means of resonance frequency measurement. Comparing to traditional methods based on impedance spectra, its key characteristics are:① not have to do time-consuming sweep-frequency analysis needed in traditional impedance spectra measurement. not have to accurately measure the internal impedance of battery.
