摘要
本文介绍了有关ＨＩＶ／ＡＩＤＳ第二代监测的最新思想。第一代监测是指对ＨＩＶ的血清学监测和对ＡＩＤＳ病例的临床报告，第二代监测是在此基础上增加行为学监测。本文重点阐述了开展第二代监测的必要性、概念框架和指导方针，指出在不同类型的流行区。
A new idea in items of the Second Generation of Surveillance (SGS) was introduced in this article.It was formulated on the base of the First Generation of Surveillance (FGS),which includes serological surveillance on HIV and clinic report of AIDS,while SGS pluses Behavioral Surveillance (BS).The importance,concept framework,guidelines were described one byone.A suggestion is SGS applied in any nation or region should be matched to their own epidemic types.
