摘要
目的了解辖区内社区居民对艾滋病相关知识的认知程度及行为特点,普及艾滋病防控知识,探索提高防控能力的有效方法。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法抽取调查对象,由经过培训的专业人员进行入户调查,对抽中社区部分居民进行问卷调查;并对调查数据运用统计软件进行数据分析。结果此次共调查500人,有效问卷500份,艾滋病防治知识知晓率为88.6%;居民对艾滋病的性、血液和母婴传播途径等一般知识平均知晓率达94.1%,比非传播途径平均知晓率高9.1个百分点。本次调查不同性别对艾滋病防治知识知晓率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同文化程度、不同年龄、不同职业、不同婚姻状况对艾滋病防治知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区居民对艾滋病防治知识掌握还不够全面,对艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育需要加强。
Objective To understand the cognition degree and behavioral characteristics of the community residents in the jurisdiction about AIDS-related knowledge,to popularize the knowledge of AIDS prevention and control,and to explore effective methods to improve the prevention and control ability.Methods Multi-stage stratified sampling method was adopted to select survey objects,and trained professionals were employed to conduct household survey,and some residents of the selected communities were investigated through questionnaire.Statistical software was used to analyze the survey data.Results A total of 500 people were surveyed and 500 valid questionnaires were issued,and the awareness rate of prevention and treatment knowledge about AIDS was 88.6%.The average awareness rate of residents’general knowledge about AIDS including sex,blood and mother-to-child transmission reached 94.1%,which was 9.1 percentage points higher than the average awareness rate of non-transmission pathways.There was no statistically significant difference in the knowledge rate of AIDS prevention and treatment between different genders in this survey(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the knowledge rate of AIDS prevention and treatment among different educational levels,ages,occupations and marital status(P<0.05).Conclusion The community residents’knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment is not comprehensive enough,and the publicity and education of AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge need to be strengthened.
