摘要
为了探讨水溶性姜黄色素用于真丝染色的可能性,考察了染色温度、pH值、时间、色素用量对水溶性姜黄色素上染真丝的影响.试验结果表明,水溶性姜黄色素可用于真丝染色,较佳的工艺条件为pH=3、80℃、50～60 min、色素用量8%(owf),色素对真丝具有较好的提升性.媒染处理后染色织物的色光有一定变化,皂洗牢度有所提高,但摩擦牢度并未得到提高.
In order to discuss the possibility of water soluble curcuma colourant on silk dyeing, the effects of dyeing temperature, pH value, time, the dosage of colourant on the dyeing were examined. The results indicated that water soluble curcuma colourant can be used in silk dyeing and the better dyeing condition was as follows： pH =3,80℃,50-60 min,the dosage of colourant was 8% （owl）, and the colourant has good building up property for silk. The hue of the dyed fabric had certain change after mordant treatment. Mordant treatment could increase the soaping fastness of dyed fabric, but the crocking fastness was not improved.
