摘要
本文以黄芩、连翘、金银花三味药组成的复方双黄连中药组方为研究对象,采用微波辅助萃取技术对该组方进行有效成分的萃取。用正交实验设计法针对不同微波功率、不同水量、不同提取时间、不同物料破碎度,不同提取次数对复方中各有效成分的微波提取进行了优化,寻找出了最佳的提取工艺条件。为中药微波萃取技术的工业化应用提供基础实验数据。
Shuanghuanglian, a compound Chinese medicinal prescription, consists of radix scutellariae, fructus forsythiae and flos lonicerae japonicae. Its effective components are achieved by microwave-assisted extraction. The optimum extraction conditions are determined through the orthogonal experiment from several factors (such as the microwave power, the liquid/solid ratio, the extraction time, the material size, the extraction times and so on).This research may provide references to the application of micro-assisted extraction in Chinese medicine industry.
