摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为原料,采用半连续滴加的乳液聚合方式制备了纳米级的具有自交联性的聚丙烯酸酯乳液增强剂,并讨论了引发剂用量、复合乳化剂用量、反应单体配比、交联单体用量等对聚丙烯酸酯乳液性能的影响。结果表明:该乳液具有良好的稳定性,乳液的粒子粒径分布从85.9nm到110nm,能与水以任意比例互溶;将其用于阔叶木硫酸盐浆抄纸试验,可有效改善纸张的抗张指数、耐破指数和撕裂指数。
A self cross-linking nano-acrylate latex based on butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid and N-hydroxy- methyl acrylamide was synthesized by means of semicontinuous seeding emulsion polymerization technology. The effect of initiator amount, the quantity of combined emulsifying agent, the ratio of reaction monomers and self-crosslinking agent amount on the property of acrylate polymer was discussed. The results indicate that the emulsion has a good stability, with particle size ranging from 85.9 nm to 110 nm and can be also dissolved with water in arbitrary ratio; the hardwood kraft pulp papermaking experiment with this emulsion displays remarkable improvement in dry tensile index, burst index and tearing index.
