摘要
用改性剂M改性PAE树脂,制备了四组不同的PAE树脂,讨论了影响PAE树脂制备的因素,做了一系列的抄纸试验,通过对试验的分析确定了4#方案是最佳方案,其加入量为0.5%时,湿强效果对苇浆达到28.04%,对桉木浆达到30.18%。
In the paper PAE resin was modified by M and prepared four kinds of different PAE resins. Through a series of experiments a great deal of data has been get and factors of affect in the process of preparation have got the analysis. Through the analysis on these data argues No. 4 project is the best experiment project; when the application amount of No. 4 wet-strength agent is 0.5%, the-result of wet strengthening of the resin to the reed pulp could obtain 28.04% and to the eucalyptus pulp 30.18%.
