摘要
通过对2006年我国31个省市房地产业应运DEA模型指数分析方法,得出了2006年我国31个省市房地产业的经营效率。并对未达到DEA有效的各地区进行投影分析及分类研究,找出了经营效率存在差距的原因,提出了提高经营效率的相应对策。
After the real estate industry of 31 provinces and municipalities in China in 2006 was analyzed by means of DEA index model, the operating efficiency of this industry has been obtained. And then the projection analysis and classification study have been conducted aiming at different regions which are not reaching the efficiency of DEA. Meanwhile, some reasons about the difference among regions in the operating efficiency have been found out, followed by the presentation of relative countermeasures to improve the operating efficiency.
