摘要
从社会性别视角研究了农村女性的人力资本投资问题,分析了农村女性在新农村建设中的地位与面临的挑战,运用社会性别理论研究了农村女性人力资本投资存在的问题及成因,提出了统筹解决农村女性人力资本投资问题的对策。
Rural female is the main resource in new socialist countryside development, and the human capital investment of rural female can enhance the new socialist countryside and well - to - do society constructing. However, traditional gender cultural still has a large impact on rural female human capital investment; rural female endures many obsta- cles and challenges in new socialist countryside constricting. This paper focus on the disadvantages of rural female human capital investment in gender perspective, gender stereotypes that influence rural female human capital investment were ex- amined, and several possible strategies were presented to tackle rural female disadvantage in human capital investment and to accelerate the development of new socialist countryside.
