摘要
研究了一些有害杂质对金刚石内圆刀片质量的影响，结果表明，把有害杂质控制在复合电镀的工艺允许范围内，可以镀制出优异的复合镀层，稳定了刀片的质量。
This article studies effect of some harmful imparities on the quality of the I D. diamond blade. The results showed that controlling of harmful impurities within the limits permitted by the composite electroplating technology will be able to electroplate exceedingly well composite coating and to stabilize the quality of the blade. According to some phenomena discussed in this article some problems occuring in batch production of the I D. diamond blade can be solved.
