摘要
学科建设是高校的基础性和战略性工程,地方高校也概莫能外。它是以学术队伍为主体,以一定学科为研究对象,通过必要的物质条件和手段,传承和创造知识,持续为社会培养高水平人才的工程。地方高校在学科建设中必须要处理好学科建设与专业建设、学科建设与科学研究、重点学科建设与学位点建设、基础学科建设与特色学科建设、学科基地建设与人才培养等之间的关系,使地方高校的学科建设工作在科学发展观指引下做到又好又快发展。
Disciplinary construction is the strategic project in higher learning institutions, local college and universities are not the exception. It is the high--level talents＇ training project continuously for the society which bases on academic teams as its backbone, certain discipline as its research object by necessary means and material conditions to hand down as well as create knowledge. For local colleges or universities, it is obliged to deal with the relations between disciplinary construction and specialties construction, between disciplinary construction and scientific research, between key disciplinary construction and degree of master＇s and doctorate construction, between basic disciplinary construction and disciplines with characteristic construction, between disciplines＇ research bases construction and talents training etc. in order to urge Disciplinary Construction in local colleges or univer-sities quickly and healthily guided by the outlook of scientific development.
