摘要
目的了解牡丹江林区职工对门诊卫生服务的需求及利用状况,为决策部门合理分配卫生资源、提高职工对医疗服务的利用水平提供参考依据。方法以牡丹江林业局各林场职工为调查对象,采用分层随机抽样方法共获得有效调查问卷1 854份。结果牡丹江市林区职工2周患病率为248.29‰,高于全国水平。职工2周就诊率为142.01‰,应就诊而未就诊率为42.78%。未就诊原因中因经济困难所占比重最大,其次为自感病情、没有时间和交通不便。职工对定点医疗机构的满意度较低。结论林区职工健康状况较差,职工对卫生服务的需求及利用水平相对较低,医疗保险在职工卫生服务需求及利用方面发挥的作用不是很明显。
Objective To explore the demand and utilization of health service in forest employees in Mudanjiang city and provide data to the decision makers for health resource allocation. Methods Stratified cluster sampling survey was used to obtain 1 854 available questionnaires. Results Two-week prevalence was 248.29‰, which was higher than national level. Two-week visiting rate was 142.01‰.Two-week non-visiting rate was 42.78%. The main reasons why patients did not see doctor was poverty, neglect, having no time and not being convenient for traffic. The satisfaction degree of people to hospital was low. Conclusion The health status of forest employees is bad, the level of demand and utilization of health services for employees is lower, medical insurance plays a little part in raising demand and utilization of health service for forest employees.
