摘要 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对所设计的Yx形橡胶密封圈进行有限元分析,对得到的范·米塞斯(VonMises)应力、接触压力、接触有效长度进行研究,预测了密封圈可能出现裂纹的位置。针对设计的不足之处,加以优化改进,直到形成符合要求的设诀产品. A new designed rubber sealing Yx-ring is analyzed by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. By the research of the distribution nephogram of Von Mises stress, contact pressure and the effective length of contact, the brittle position is predicted and the deficiency of this Yx-ring .is found. The model is optimized and modified until the satisfactory product is created.
