摘要 介绍了多功能编织机的工作原理及编织过程中对各部件的动作要求,设计了一种以嵌入式工业控制计算机和数字信号控制器为核心的主从控制系统,给出了系统的总体结构,并介绍了软硬件实现方法。实际应用表明:该控制系统合理可行,稳定可靠,具有较高性价比。 The working principle of the multi-function knitting machine and the operational requirements of each component during knitting were discussed. The master-salve control system based on the embedded industrial control computer and digital signal controller was designed for the muhi-function knitting machine. The control system architecture was analyzed, and the realizing way of both hardware and software were presented. The application demonstrates that the proposed control system is available, reasonable, stable and reliable, and has high performance and low cost.
