摘要
介绍了高速编织机监控系统的各组成部分及其功能,阐述了以LCD、键盘为主的人机交互方式、变频器远程无级调速的实现以及其他执行机构的智能化处理,通过RS-485局域网来实现一台上位机对多台高速编织机进行统一管理。
All the parts of high speed braiding machine and their fuction were presented, the implement of man-machine interaction composed of LCD and keyboard was given, the distance stepless speed regulation by transducer and the intelligent handling of other actuators were expounded moreover, the RS-485 LAN makes the unified management of many high speed braiding machine by only one upper PC more convinient.
